Speakers

James Lasley (Session 1)

James serves on staff at Bradfordville First Baptist in Tallahassee, Florida as the College & Young Adult Pastor. Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, he spent the past eight years serving as a Youth Pastor and Pastor of Children & Families, where God grew in him a deep burden for the next generation. James loves walking alongside students and young adults as they ask big questions, build meaningful relationships, and take steps that will determine the trajectory of their entire lives. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. James enjoys hunting and fishing, spending time with friends, and cheering on the Razorbacks and the Seminoles with his wife, Hannah.

Shaq Hardy (Session 3)

Shaq Hardy grew up in foster care. At 17, everything changed when he encountered Jesus and His Word. That moment didn’t just give him hope, it gave him a mission. After serving as a pastor for nine years, Shaq now continues a thirteen-year itinerant preaching ministry as a Bible teacher, preacher, and content creator. Through preaching, teaching, and digital content, he uses every platform to help people cultivate a faithful relationship with Jesus. Shaq is passionate about making the truth of Scripture clear, faithful, and accessible for students, adults, and the local church. His heart is to help people know Christ deeply, follow Him faithfully, and build their lives on the Word of God. As President of Orphan No More Foundation, he also leverages his platform to serve foster and adoptive families and remove barriers for children waiting for forever homes. The same God who rescued him from the foster care system is now using his story to help others find hope, healing, and family.

Mike Seabaugh (Week 8)

Mike Seabaugh hardly needs any introduction to those who are familiar with Camp Siloam. Mike has been the “Big O” at camp for 26 years. His method of storytelling and bringing the Gospel to children is our largest week of camp. The only place you can experience Mike's creativity for children is at Camp Siloam. When you do, you will not forget it. Each year Mike brings a mix of theatrical camp favorites such as Carmen San Diego, sprinkled with his imaginative presentation of biblical stories. Mike definitely has a gift for capturing the attention of kids and those who are kids at heart.

Thad Stout (Session 10)

Thad Stout has been preaching and teaching at children’s camps for more than 30 years and loves being part of the Camp Siloam family. With an “Eyeballs click!” to get everyone’s attention, Thad loves laughter, crazy illustrations, great camp fun, and telling the true and exciting stories of the Bible in a way kids can understand and remember. Behind all the fun is a deep desire for every camper to know Jesus Christ personally, to know what is true, to discover that God’s Word can be trusted, and to leave camp excited about a life of knowing and following Jesus.

Costs

Non-Refundable Deposit – (per person; applies to final cost) $100

Campers – (completed 3rd grade through age 18) $375

Leaders – (age 19+ for Student and Combined Sessions & ages 18+ for Children’s Sessions) $230

Diamond Rooms – (requires a $100 non-refundable deposit; rate is IN ADDITION to camper/counselor fee) $375

*There is no exceptions for the grade requirements of campers and the age requirements of leaders in each type of session*

What does a day at Camp Siloam look like? Here’s a schedule for a full day during a Children’s Session!

8:00 AM – Breakfast & Cabin Clean Up

8:30 AM – Quiet Time

9:00 AM – Drama and Worship

10:00 AM – Group Time

11:00 AM – Hype

11:30 AM – Color Wars

12:30 PM – Lunch

1:30 PM – Activity Rotations

5:30 PM – Dinner

7:00 PM – Worship

8:15 PM – Group Time

9:00 PM – Free Rec/Night Games

10:00 PM – Brush and Flush

10:30 PM – Lights Out
